6. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, NatBowl is not responsible for the loss or delay.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@natbowl.com and we will do our best to assist you.

However, NatBowl is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@natbowl.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
